Ange Postecoglou Responds with Sarcasm to Nottingham Forest Sack Rumours as Footage Reveals His Isolation

Being under pressure Nottingham Forest manager Ange Postecoglou has sarcastically responded to rumours that he might be fired due to the team’s poor performance, which has resulted in a miserable 0% win record so far, and acknowledged that he will speak with the club’s owner, Evangelos Marinakis, about their poor performance since taking over.

After a number of disagreements with the vibrant Nottingham Forest owner, Nuno Espirito Santo became the first Premier League managerial casualty of the season when the Australian was brought in as a replacement on September 9.

However, many questioned if Postecoglou was the right match for the Tricky Trees, who had thrived under their predecessor’s more practical approach, even though he led his former team, Tottenham Hotspur, to European triumph last season.

Only a month into his tenure, and with a record of two draws and five loses from seven games, a perfect 0% win record rumors that Postecoglou might be fired are making waves in the media.

The 60-year-old has also responded casually to rumours that he may be fired following Sunday’s most recent setback, a 2-0 loss to Newcastle at St. James’ Park. “Yes,” he said cynically, “it’s a lost cause.”

“I think it’s a fantastic opportunity. You must be willing to put up with the battle and the fight. “If I didn’t believe in myself or had the strength to fight, I wouldn’t be here at sixty. I got into battles with individuals who beat me up even in the schoolyard.

Postecoglou continued within the theme, saying: “I understand that the Premier League need one manager to be in the spotlight as part of its hype.

I can’t change the fact that people want to evaluate me three and a half weeks into my job by saying or doing anything.

Although I have observed and sensed that we are moving in the direction I desire throughout this time. The outcomes will emerge. It is a fight and a struggle in the interim, and that is perfectly acceptable.

“Life isn’t handed to us easily; we have to fight for what we want.” Throughout my life, I have battled for things.

Why is it that everyone wants everything packed neatly? Nowadays, it seems like the mindset is to make changes as soon as something goes wrong.

Even though Postecoglou puts a lot of effort into his work, video that has surfaced of the Australian as he exited the pitch at St. James’ Park shows a manager who is clearly having a hard time winning over his players and finding it extremely difficult to turn things around.

Postecoglou’s eyes were wide open when a disturbing video appears

As he walked off the pitch at full time, Postecoglou appeared solitary, as reported by journalist Craig Hope. He had not exchanged many greetings with his dejected teammates, further highlighting the division that currently exists within the team.

Nevertheless, Postecoglou maintains that he approached the Forest position with an open mind, aware of the forthcoming difficulty. “This was a significant challenge,” he stated.

“There is nothing incorrect with that. I’m fascinated by challenges, therefore I’m not sure why other individuals find them burdensome.

I don’t want to sit at home and watch games, which is the alternative. I don’t care if you folks enjoy yourself greatly around it. I’m not concerned at all.

Postecoglou also pulled a practical joke on a reporter by implying that he may have been “a lost cause at some point, but your parents didn’t give up on you.”

Notwithstanding Postecoglou’s position, insiders are aware that he is a man under duress and will be questioned about their terrible situation under him, since his dismissal is a real possibility.
