Arsenal supporters charged with ‘arrogant self-importance’ and far worse allegations

Are Arsenal supporters the most unbearable? That is the hypothesis. Liverpool sporting a ‘hollow crown’ has not been well-received.  Now regarding Real Madrid…  My forecast was that the sole way this Arsenal team could defeat Real Madrid across two matches was to secure victory in the first and remain solid in the second.  This is due to our inability to dismantle a team that parks the bus, which will happen at the Bernabeu if we drop the first leg. Especially not a second game at their location. I honestly can’t envision us pulling off a smash and grab like Thierry did previously.  I believe a draw in the first leg has a similar impact, as they'd be clever at home and wait for an opportunity to score.  Nevertheless, following tonight, the 'keeping it tight' aspect is in shambles with the London Colney treatment room bustling once more (does each squad member have their own table?). I was counting on Saliba and Gabriel to understand their French and Brazilian of...

The top ten players in Premier League history with most goals and assists: Salah passes Henry.

The top ten players in Premier League history with most goals and assists: Salah passes Henry.

The only player presently playing in the Premier League who is listed among the top 10 players with the most goal involvements in the history of the league is Mohamed Salah of Liverpool. As the names at the top of the list demonstrate, it takes a combination of exceptional longevity and undeniable excellence to achieve such figures. The top ten players in Premier League history with the most goals and assists combined are broken down here.

 10. Teddy Sheringham: 222 (76 assists, 146 goals) Sheringham was a Premier League mainstay, so it's not surprising to see his name here. When England's top flight was renamed in 1992, the striker had already been a professional for over ten years, yet he kept playing in the tournament until 2007 and didn't put up his boots until 2008. Sheringham, who played for West Ham at the age of 40, continues to maintain the record for being the oldest outfield player to participate in the competition.

9. Sergio Aguero: 231 (184 goals, 47 assists) Sergio Aguero Following the Argentine forward's final City game in 2021, Pep Guardiola commented tearfully, "We love him so much." He is a unique individual. He's really kind. He was really helpful to me. We are unable to replace him. This club is made possible by a number of players, including David Silva and Joe Hart. His legacy is with us. There has possibly never been a more devastating Premier League goal scorer on his day, which always came against Newcastle.

8. Thierry Henry: 249 (175 goals, 74 assists) for Thierry Henry Although the Arsenal legend only played in the Premier League for eight seasons—much less than most of the players in the top ten—he undoubtedly made the most of his time in England. Henry became the first player to record more than 20 goals and assists in a Premier League season in 2002–03. It's an accomplishment that hasn't been surpassed in twenty years and is unlikely to be improved upon unless a specific Liverpool forward maintains his current level of performance.

7. Mohammed Salah: 252 (172 goals, 80 assists) Mohamed Salah We would not be shocked if Salah were to move up a few spots on this list by the time he departs Anfield, as he is still playing well for Liverpool now.The Egyptian forward is vying for the Golden Boot this season and has scored 18 goals or more in each of his seven complete seasons with Liverpool. In addition to being a superb shooter, Salah is currently tied with David Beckham with 80 Premier League assists, placing him in the top 10 of all time.

6. Harry Kane: 259 goals, 213 assists, and Harry Kane The all-time leading scorer for Tottenham and England is now ranked second in the Premier League standings, but after a certain Geordie's €100 million move to Bayern Munich, his unbeaten record appears secure. Meanwhile, for a time. If Kane has unresolved business in English football, don't bet against him coming back in a few years. Kane actually records the fewest assists of any player in the top 10 with 46, which is surprising considering that he dropped deeper and became more of a facilitator in his later Premier League days. Only a few players had more assists in a single season than Tottenham, who recorded 14 of those in the 2020–21 campaign.

5. Andrew Cole: 260 (187 goals, 73 assists) for Andrew Cole Cole, who scored 187 Premier League goals and none of them were penalties, is somehow underappreciated these days. That is plain absurd. An additional 73 assists is also not terrible. Years later, Cole reflected, "It is what it is." "I wanted to score goals in open play, not even because [others] wanted to take it more." I told myself that honestly. That was an easy way to look at it: I don't think I'd be good enough if I didn't think I could do that.

4. Ryan Giggs: 271 (109 goals, 162 assists) for Ryan Giggs. Giggs holds the all-time record for Premier League assists with 162, more than fifty more than any other player, and is one of just three players (along with the next two) to record 100+ goals and 100+ assists. It will take Kevin De Bruyne an additional sixty to get up to him. Between 1990 and 2014, the former winger played for Manchester United, helping the Red Devils score 271 Premier League goals.

3. Frank Lampard: 279 (177 goals, 102 assists)Frank Lampard stands tall in Chelsea's history with an impressive 279 contributions - 177 goals and 102 assists! He remains the Blues' all-time leading scorer and assist provider. What a legend.

2. Wayne Rooney: 311 (208 goals, 103 assists) Wayne Rooney The only players with more goals are Alan Shearer and Kane. Giggs and Cesc Fabregas are the only players with more assists. elevated business. When Rooney was admitted into the Premier League Hall of Fame in 2022, he retorted, "I watched the Premier League as far back as I can remember growing up." "Being a professional football player, scoring goals, and winning trophies was always my dream. I was fortunate to win the Premier League five times." "I'm incredibly proud of what we accomplished, and I have a ton of amazing memories from my time playing for Manchester United and Everton.

1. Alan Shearer: 324 (260 goals, 64 assists) Alan Shearer Shearer has a well-established record as the Premier League's best scorer, but he also leads the league in total goal contributions with a respectable 64 assists for Newcastle United and Blackburn Rovers. Of the players who are presently playing, Kane would undoubtedly need to return to play at least three or four respectable seasons, while Salah would need to maintain his high standards well into his thirties. Haaland undoubtedly has the ability to score goals, but in his prime, he might leave Manchester City for a European powerhouse.
